The schools are finally back and it is time to start planning your autumn evenings. So here is the most important one for your diaries. The Yarwell and Nassington Britannia Band will be putting on a concert in Nassington Church on Saturday 12th October. Please note that this is on a SATURDAY and a week earlier than our usual date. But the concert will still be of some high standard. We have pulled together a veritable feast of brass band favourites. There will be music from the shows, from the silver screen, musical classics and popular songs as well as music specifically written for brassbands. Special features will include solos from some of our more talented musicians. And to make the evening even more special, Tony Cooper will be returning as compere and will share some more of his really bad jokes! A very enjoyable evening. If you are not sure then ask someone who has been before.

Tickets will soon be available at £10 from the all the usual places: The Nassington Stores, Moulds Butchers, Instep Foot Clinic in Wansford. Children under 16 come in 2 for the price of one. It is going to be a really entertaining evening.
