Comedy Night – January 20th, 7:30 PM (Doors and Bar Open at 7:00 PM): Kickstart your year with a night of laughter at our Comedy Event on January 20th! The evening will be headlined by the brilliant Irish comedian John Meagher, winner of the prestigious Panel Prize at the 2022 Edinburgh Fringe as part of “Best in Class” showcase. The show will be compered by the wonderful Alex Hylton, winner of Best Show at Leicester Comedy Festival and will also include local-talent, David Luck. Green Book Film Screening – January 29th, 7:30 PM (Doors and Bar Open at 7:00 PM): On January 29th, we invite you to join us for a special screening of the critically acclaimed film, “Green Book.” This powerful and heart warming story is not to be missed. Bring your friends and family for a thought-provoking and entertaining cinematic experience.
Green Book is a 2018 biographical comedy-drama film directed by Peter Farrelly. Starring Viggo Mortensen and Mahershala Ali, the film is inspired by the true story of a 1962 tour of the Deep South by African American pianist Don Shirley and Italian American bouncer and later actor Frank “Tony Lip” Vallelonga, who served as Shirley’s driver and bodyguard.

Both events will be held at Oundle’s Queen Victoria Hall, providing a cosy and welcoming atmosphere for an evening of entertainment and community. There will be an interval in both events where you can refill your glasses and stock up on snacks!
